Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking an University Enrollment Services Technician for the Office of Executive VP for Academic Affairs.

Among the key duties of the position are the following: Leads the clerical operation for enrollment management activities of Financial Aid, Admissions, and Registrar. Assists in all aspects of enrollment management from the prospective applicant stage to enrolled students. Researches and resolves diversified problems and provides responses to questions about student registrations, transcript requests, academic records, financial aid recipients and changes. Processes and/or verifies student registrations, transcript requests, academic records, admissions applications and changes. Accesses information from a variety of sources residing on the university’s administrative mainframe computer. Prepares, tracks, and finalizes financial aid documents. Composes draft correspondence and participates in general mailings, satellite operations, and general clerical work. Provides guidance and assistance to others.
