As the Early Careers and University Relations Talent Acquisition Manager you will create, drive and lead sourcing, attraction and pipelining strategies for an enterprise program, internship program, or for a functional role. Build and maintain relationships with students & clients to ensure hiring targets are met and recruiting metrics are tracked. Communicate regularly with students, career placement offices, recruiting team, and clients on process / status updates, reputation / trends on campus, and feedback on candidates. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role is responsible for identifying opportunities, strengthening, and increasing our recruiting capabilities, external / internal employment brand, and universities.

 

What You’ll Do:

Responsible for the management of campus processes including candidate engagement (pre, during, and post offers), interview rounds, and closing negotiations and offers. Keep us relevant and current, bringing the outside in from both a tools and trends perspective as well as the competitive landscape on early career talent. Build the marketing capability helping identify and drive social media opportunities to build our employer brand and attract early career talent. Daily operational performance, managing and overseeing campus events, optimizing service delivery, and maximizing customer satisfaction. Responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment for assigned campus roles across multiple functions (full-time and intern), including building the talent pipeline; screening, on-site interviews, hiring, and maintaining positive candidate relationships. Serve as advisor to business leaders on trends, events, and best practices using data, benchmarking, and other factors to ensure the right direction and decisions are made for the college recruiting program resulting in better outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with college campus placement staff and faculty. Responsible for the design and coordination of recruitment activities. Attend and facilitate hiring events, coffee chats, virtual recruiting events and information sessions at target universities. Oversees the execution of the employment branding strategy on campuses, including supporting the company’s social media and digital platforms and employment advertising campaigns. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across HR, Learning & Development, Recruiting and Functional Leadership Teams as it relates to early career programs sourcing and recruitment. Enable a high performing work culture across the team and develop direct reports through helping them be at their best and setting them up for success. Manage and track Early Careers TA spend with a cost-conscious mindset, seeking regional approval for any unbudgeted requirements. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs by using excellent time & organizational skills under the pressure of deadlines

 

What You’ll Bring: 

5+ years of experience in executing and delivering a campus recruiting program with demonstrated experience building and maintaining consultative, influential, and collaborative relationships with multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field. Comfort working across a matrix environment and influencing various stakeholders at all levels without authority. Ability to manage and participate in multiple projects, priorities, and client groups, manage timelines, and escalate issues as needed. Ability to work with diverse and remote teams located across time zones. Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills and networking skills. Ability to research best practices and network internally and externally. Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder interests and escalate as needed. Available for up to 50% travel to college campuses during peak season.
