University Recruitment Assistant
Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a University Recruitment Assistant to work in our Talent Acquisition department. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our Willow Creek Building onsite in Idaho Falls, Idaho with every other Friday off. You will manage the entire onboarding process for interns. Given the nature of the position, some overtime may be required during "Intern Season," typically from April through July. You will be reporting to the University Recruitment Manager. *Responsibilities Include:* * Develop and send email communication to applicants. This includes setting up automatic emails and updating the Talent Acquisition (TA) system. * Maintain contact status with candidates during background check process in partnership with the onboarding team. Provide status updates to recruiting, client group, and the onboarding/new hire team through status reports. * Maintain overall responsibility for applicant files and ensure that the files are complete and properly stored in secured personnel records. Close out files in TA system. * Assign candidates a start date and schedule orientation. May disposition candidates, manage requisition contacts information, reporting for organization status (requisition status, candidate pathway). * Maintain Onboarding spreadsheet. * Enter accurate information into relevant Human Resources (HR) systems and create reports. * Verify data in HR systems for status changes (including salary changes, assignment changes). * Help with special projects and other human resources programs. * Other responsibilities as assigned *Minimum Requirements:* * High School or equivalent and 4 years related experience in a professional office setting. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and with Taleo or other large-scale applicant tracking system (ATS). *Job Information:* * The pay range for this position is $22.43min - $37.00max.
