You will:

 Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving the escalated incident in Linux/Unix Server platformsEscalated the case to L3 Infrastructure/application team if needPerform the regular server operations such as setup, upgrade, patches deployment, monitoring and health checks, backup and restore etc…Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning.Prepare and maintain technical documentations.Providing support on issues related to servers and storageLiaise with external vendors for IT Server operations and maintenance 

You bring:

Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline;Holder of ITIL Foundation or above is a plus>2 years relevant working experiences in Linux Servers, VMware, x86 servers and storageSizeable company and ITIL experience is preferableSelf-motivated, quick learner, Can-do attitude and able to work under pressureGood written and verbal communication skills in English, and Cantonese is a plusKnowing in AIX/HPUX/Solaris is a plusWilling to work night shift & and on public holidays#LPS Additional Locations:  * Malaysia * Malaysia
