Ciocca Subaru/Kia of Ewing is seeking a Vehicle Exchange/Upgrade Specialist to join our growing team! The Vehicle Exchange/Upgrade department is responsible for driving sales through the service department by presenting opportunities and information to customers about their next car purchase.

Pay: 42,000-50,000 per year

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensure the customers feel welcome and comfortable when arriving at the dealership Drive sales goals through the service department by engaging with customers about upgrading their car Establish a close relationship with the sales force to provide a consistent upgrade process Establish a high level of customer satisfaction Maintain knowledge of current and incoming inventory

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields welcomed, but not necessary Strong negotiation skills, sales motivated Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to build rapport with clients Personable, outgoing, and friendly attitude
