Upholstery Tech I - 2nd Shift

Summary: Seeking an Upholstery Tech I for 2nd shift to perform technical upholstery functions in compliance with design and FAA specifications.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required Entry-level position Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic math computations

Preferred Skills:

Experience using commercial sewing machines, sergers, and hand tools in upholstery and carpet trades Knowledge of using power tools and reading a measurement tape

Responsibilities:

Perform technical upholstery functions within specified guidelines Complete installation and trim tasks per work order instructions Fit panels, windows, cabin headliners, upper sidewalls, lower side panels, hatch panels, windows; cut/surge carpets; cover bulkheads; fabricate metal parts; cover/install panels Create carpet patterns from design drawings and complete installation Use material tracking system for parts demand, track squawks, sign-off work

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
