The Brook Hospital Dupont located at 1405 Browns Ln is seeking a Full Time Utilization Review Coordinator to join our team. Qualifications Key Responsibilities include: The UM Case Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the treatment activities offered to the patient, interface with the treatment team/external case managers/managed care organizations, referring professionals and implementation and supervision of the discharge planning.
