Role Summary

We are searching for an ambitious and analytical individual to join our Performance Marketing Team as SEO Co-ordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing division within the business. As our SEO Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, increase online visibility, and contribute to revenue growth. Working alongside our digital marketing and e-commerce teams, and in partnership with our SEO agency, you will play a pivotal role in aligning SEO efforts with broader business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing Agency Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for our external SEO agency, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of deliverables.Keyword Research: Identify key opportunities for product categories and collections, leveraging search trends to inform content strategies. Working with divisional buying teams on seasonal focus areas and how these translate into SEO opportunitiesOn-Page Optimisation: As required, review existing pages to ensure page titles, URLs, meta titles, meta descriptions, and on-page SEO copy align with brand guidelines and are fully optimized for search engines. Support the creation and implementation of new pages and filters, considering SEO best practices.Technical SEO: Coordinate with the e-commerce and development teams to implement technical improvements, working with the central team in the US on any business case needs.Performance Monitoring: Regularly review analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Report on organic traffic, rankings, and revenue contributions.Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges.Link Building: Support the agency in executing outreach and link-building campaigns, ensuring high-quality links that align with the Brand EthosReporting: Weekly and monthly reporting, plus ad hoc category and seasonal reporting when necessary. What You'll Need Experience: 2 years of experience in an SEO role, ideally within the retail, fashion, or e-commerce sectors.Tools Expertise: Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.Industry Knowledge: Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the online retail landscape.Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or WordPress).Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external agencies effectively.Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
