 Job Responsibilities: 

Answer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers, meeting or exceeding service level goals.Handle high-volume calls that are auto connected.Accurately capture and update information in our systems.Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patients’ medications as needed.Schedule treatments to be sent to patients or their healthcare providers.

Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED REQUIREDExperience with medical and/or pharmaceutical terminology preferredExperience handling high-volume calls REQUIRED
