Responsibilities:
Provide pharmaceutical care to patients with an emphasis on clinical monitoring and therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes. Provide information and educational programs to customers. Assist with the maintenance of performance improvement processes to constantly improve the medication use process. Assure dispensing accuracy and direct pharmacy workflow to ensure accurate and timely dispensing and distribution.Requirements:
PharmD (Graduate from ACPE accredited pharmacy college) State License (KY license can be pending at time of submission but must be in hand at time of start) ACLS certification 2 years of experience in the specialty required Travel experience preferred EPIC experience highly preferred Valid KY or compact license required at submission At least 2 supervisor references required Must be willing to float within scopeOnboarding:
Copy of certifications required at submission or must be willing to obtain before starting Orientation details and onboarding requirements will be provided upon offerParking: Free in any unrestricted space

Return Staff Policy: Must be gone for a year from fulltime, part time or per diem to be considered as a traveler.
Travel Break Policy: After a year on assignment, must take a 90 day break from all facilities in the system, before returning as a traveler.
Perm Applicants: Cannot be currently in the process of applying for a permanent role with St Elizabeth Healthcare or have been in the process of applying for a permanent role in the last 6 months.

Shift: 8 hours and starts at 13:30 and ends at 22:00, responsibility for every 4th weekend.
-EPIC highly preferred.
