Job Description: + Work cooperatively with other talented team members to support the wellness department. + Assist patients with insulin checks, minor wound care, A1C checks, regular immunizations, and address any other complaints. + Delegate responsibilities to CNA's and Med Technicians. + Solve problems and exhibit ethical behavior. + Document patient information within the EMR system Point Click Care. + Provide supervision to support staff. Location: This is a fully on site position in Commack, NY at an assisted living facility. Work environment: + An 120 bed assisted living facility. Hours: Fulltime: Tuesday- Saturday 3pm- 11pm.
