Qualifications:

Education/Training
Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited Residency training program in Urology.

Certification
Current certification in Urology by the American Board of Urology or in Urological Surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery. Board certification must be achieved within five years of completion of training and must be continuously maintained.

Clinical Experience (Initial)
Applicant must provide documentation of provision of urological surgery services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous year.

Clinical Experience (Reappointment)
Applicant must provide documentation of provision of clinical services representative of the scope and complexity of privileges requested during the previous 24 months based on results of ongoing professional practice evaluation and outcomes.

Fellowship Training 
In addition to considering Urology trained physicians with no Fellowship, we are considering the following fellowship trained candidates who are seeking to practice at least 50% Bread and Butter Urology. Robotic & Laparoscopic Surgery Urologic Oncology Stone Disease and Advanced Endourology Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery Male Infertility/Microsurgery/Andrology Compensation Details Starting Salary is $525,000 (for Resident/Fellow); $540,000 (with Experience)   Generous Sign on Bonus  Loan Repayment - this employer qualifys as a non-profit in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.  Our benefits package includes a free third-party service for loan restructuring and consolidation to save our Providers money each month on an income-driven repayment plan that qualifies for PSLF Potential Residency Stipend Productivity is calculated using a formula including individual wRVU’s and Value Based performance.  If a physician exceeds their guarantee, physician will receive the difference starting after year 1 in a bonus.  Option to switch to production after their 1 year anniversary if preferred.   401K plan equal to 2% of salary with employer match of 50% of employee contribution up to the first 6%.  457b is also available with no company contribution Vacation -  4 weeks (start with 2 weeks of vacation banked) accrued each year yrs 1&2 while on guarantee.  Once on Production, accrue at rate of 6 weeks per year.  Max 6 weeks in bank.
