US and Canada Fiduciary Operations Senior Specialist - Operations Management

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with three days a week working in our midtown Manhattan office.

We will count on you to:

Drive delivery of execution on strategic initiatives within our teamPartner with local Operations managers to drive a consistent operating model, quality assurance program, and best practices across US and Canada Invoicing process.Assess insights from QA and performance metrics to identify additional improvement opportunities.Liaison with technology teams and local subject matter experts to advance key technology initiatives Identify and drive continuous process improvements.At the direction of the Regional Value Stream Leader, you will engage with business leaders in various scenarios including process and change management, top drive improved KPI’s while focusing on client serviceUnderstand levers and contribute to improvements on KPIsCollaborate with partners in other Operations teams, Controllership and Finance to drive improved outcomes Oversee consolidation/enhancements to existing technology and explore new solutions

What you must have:

Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Experience executing change and transformation initiatives and interacting with various stakeholders.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections, and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.


The applicable base salary range for this role is $88,300 to $188,400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
