The incumbent will lead programs aimed at the end-to-end delivery of enhanced, modern infrastructure across a broad set of Payments products. Individual will be responsible for finalizing business and technical requirements, prioritizing, and executing required development work, as well as supporting the coordination of partner LOB enhancements.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Establish relationships with technology, product owners, sales leads, and functions including finance, operations and service; leverage those relationships to develop a detailed understanding of TTS product offerings.
+ Has responsibility to deliver direct business results and advice regarding product development that necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy
+ Works in close co-ordination with Technology, Business Managers and senior stakeholders to prioritize the product development to support payments migration to target state.
+ Perform as product lead to ensure all payments product gaps are identified and have been remediated or accepted prior to migration efforts.
+ Support coordination of readiness activities, including working closely with functional partners in Service, Implementation & Technology to build appropriate support models.
+ Define and measure key performance account conversion indicators. Provide quantitative and qualitative updates to stakeholders.
+ Focuses on controls and governance, including performing Need-to-Know based security and access reviews, Access Approvals, controls testing and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
+ Knowledge of core payments products and solutions
+ Understanding of payment channels and file processing technologies
+ Understanding of payment landscape, payment digitization and user experience trends, emerging payment methods/channels
+ Product management experience preferred.
+ Ability to establish and maintain relationships and to work across multiple facets of Citi businesses.
+ Ability to develop detailed project plans, drive team meetings, follow up with team members to ensure projects are tracking to the timeline.
+ Supports development of business requirements and training documents. Work with technology and business to define action plans, track issues

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
