As a US Channel Programs Lead, you will grow and advocate for Apple’s enterprise business in the reseller channel, focusing on designing, building, and driving Channel incentive programs to ensure full implementation of our reseller plans. Incentive offers, seller enablement, solutions campaigns, and digital strategy will be a key part of the program levers to lead our resellers to be able to make key business channel decisions to optimize growth in our partnerships. DescriptionDescriptionIn this role you will balance channel strategy and modernization, product category management, execution of business priorities, and channel development optimization to build scale and to ensure our reseller capabilities exceed the expectations of the customers they support. Channel growth, platform adoption, services capabilities, seller activation and customer expansion along with segmentation and distribution strategy are integrated into the core elements of Reseller strategy and our programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Effectively engage with Corporate Resellers to develop and implement strategies to expand adoption of the Apple ecosystem and in the US Enterprise channel including: - Direct financial incentives and design quarterly and growth channel incentive programs for Reseller execution by ensuring a successful business strategy is implemented at the channel and account level. - Advising the Reseller of support levers such as training tools, digital assets, seller and product incentives, and field marketing campaigns to drive Mac and the Apple ecosystem in business. - Integrating segmentation, industry, and advanced technology into incentive program strategy including public sector and small business growth - Build a value channel including an optimized sales and services process which addresses barriers and improves sales consideration for Apple platform adoption in channel. - Scale channel sales through collaborating on an optimized channel development strategy. - Plan for future goals as the business progresses to ensure a best in class programs strategy evolves supporting Apple product and services in the channel. - Identify strategic business opportunities and guide initiatives to grow the account and Channel Partner’s commitment to Apple products over time and setting a vision for future growth. - Lead incentive program goal execution efficiently while building on these levers with innovation to grow partner capabilities and expand enterprise customer growth with Apple products and services. Minimum QualificationsMinimum QualificationsApproximately 7 years of validated experience working with channel and/or enterprise sales organizations.Deep understanding of enterprise and channel sales, program design and execution, category. management, routes to market, channel management, strategy planning, and business development.Demonstrated experience driving channel growth in all enterprise sales segments and the ability to build out segmentation strategy with focus on public sector and small business.Understanding of channel distribution and scaling channel sales considering both volume and solutions capabilities.Experience demonstrating financial incentives to influence strategy and impact seller behavior and customer expansion to unlock demand.Implementing quarterly programmatic strategy while also building levers for future business.Proven ability to influence partner and Apple go-to-market strategy through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional internal and external teams.Key QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsResourceful, creative and meticulous with exceptional communication and organizational skills.You share your passion for the Apple story. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
