The _i-STAT System_ is an advanced, portable diagnostic tool that provides real-time, lab-quality results within minutes to accelerate patient-care decision-making. The _i-STAT System_ has the industry’s most comprehensive menu of tests in a single, with-patient platform, including blood gases, electrolytes, chemistries, coagulation, hematology, glucose, and cardiac markers. We have an opportunity for the role of **US Commercial Sales Analyst** within our Abbott Point of Care (APOC) team, based at our **Princeton, NJ headquarters.** No relocation assistance is available. The Commercial Analyst will develop, implement, and execute key reporting to drive the success of the APOC Commercial business. They will provide analytics, performance insights, and innovative solutions to complex problems by triangulating information from multiple sources. The role includes maintaining and evolving Business Intelligence tools. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Director, US, the Analyst will equip sales management with real-time analytical tools to support sales strategies and execution. **WHAT YOU DO** + Conduct complex analyses by integrating data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, Salesforce.com, Power BI) and various data sets (e.g., structured and unstructured) to develop actionable insights for the sales teams. + Automate reports using Power BI for regional and customer segments for internal use. + Develop, monitor, and report on key marketing and sales analytics aligned with performance, tactics, and strategic priorities. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and evolve business intelligence tools. + Monitor and track business performance, key marketing and sales initiatives, and promotional activities. + Develop local market or account-based insights from data, collaborating with cross-functional partners within and outside of Global Commercial. + Collaborate with business partners to track and assess key initiatives based on aligned KPIs, success definitions, assessment methods, and potential impacts. + Comply with applicable EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines. + Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the Quality System. + Adhere to and promote the Abbott Code of Business Conduct. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING** **Required:** + Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of work experience in business analytics + Advanced Excel knowledge + Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau. + Experience working on Healthcare data/databases **Preferred:** + Masters degree. + Prior medical device experience. + ASQ CQT, CQE, CQA certification. + Six Sigma root cause analysis/problem-solving training and experience. + Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model. **Learn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live** **full** **lives:** www.abbottbenefits.com (http://www.abbottbenefits.com/pages/candidate.aspx) Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
