Hi-Cone, a division of ITW, is a leading global supplier of ring carrier multi-packaging systems for the Alcohol & Non-Alcoholic Ready to Drink (NARTD) beverage markets, providing sustainable secondary packaging solutions to major Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies.  Hi-Cone is looking to change the way the world sees secondary multi-packaging for the beverage industry. Position Overview:

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced US Controller to report to the Divisional Controller based in Itasca. This position will involve collaboration with the Global Finance & Accounting team, Regional management teams, and internal/external auditors. The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting and forecasting the financial performance of our US region, which generates revenues of $200M.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the company's monthly and quarterly financial close and consolidation across all global operations, including unit financial reporting and outlooks.Guide and manage the activities of the Accounting Department staff, including cash receipts, disbursements, credit, and collections. Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable effectively.Build and maintain a high-performing and motivated team through performance and career development initiatives, addressing disciplinary issues when necessary.Ensure timely and accurate preparation of internal and external reports, including Hi-Cone's monthly and quarterly reports and monitoring results of ITW's Enterprise initiatives.Develop procedures to verify the accuracy and integrity of mechanized databases and collaborate with relevant departments to manage inventory-related metrics.Support in designing and driving Hi-Cone’s segment reporting, working closely with Division management and segment leaders to promote growth and profitability.Assist the Division Controller with Long Range Plan and Annual Plan tasks as needed.Analyze, report, and assist on various potential and approved special projects, such as ERP system deployments, unit closures, consolidation, or product manufacturing transfers.

Position Traits:

Ability to work cross-functionally and establish trust as a business partner to Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Human Resources. Collaborate as part of the regional leadership team to foster organic growth and enact the 80/20 Business model.Demonstrate effective use of financial analysis techniques and tools to provide practical advice to business unit partners and drive business results.Cultivate a high-performance culture within the finance and accounting team in alignment with ITW Leadership Expectations.Utilize a systematic approach to evaluate alternatives, make informed decisions, and assess potential impacts.Review, evaluate, and prioritize tasks/project assignments, clearly communicating key issues and providing management with recommended solutions.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; Master’s degree in accounting preferred.CPA candidate preferred.Minimum of 7 years of work experience in an external reporting environment.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.Ability to work autonomously with a virtual management style and reporting.

Compensation Information:

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $150,000 annually and eligible for a 10% annual target bonus. The pay rate for a successful candidate will depend on the geographic location, this salary range is for successful candidates in the Chicago, Illinois metro area. The specific hiring rate within the posted pay range will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
