The Apple Retail team is seeking an outstanding Go-to-Market Commercial leader to craft and own the end-to-end US commercial strategy, driving transformative growth in one of Retail’s most critical markets. In this role, you will tap into your expertise in retail trends, consumer insights, and the unique dynamics of the US market—including the wireless carrier industry—to develop and implement impactful strategies that accelerate growth and innovation for Apple Retail. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in hardware sales and a proven track record of navigating the wireless carrier ecosystem to deliver measurable business results. **Description** As the US Country Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the US commercial growth plan for Apple Retail (Online and Stores). Success in this position requires in depth market analysis, strategic thinking, strong collaboration across teams, and the ability to translate insights into innovative growth initiatives and results. Key Responsibilities: Develop Commercial Strategy: Design and implement go-to-market strategy and commercial plans for Retail in the US, focusing on Marketing, Merchandising, Affordability, Promotions, and Fulfillment to meet business objectives. Customer Insights: Analyze US-specific trends, customer behaviors, and carrier sales dynamics to recommend and launch effective campaigns and commercial programs that drive growth and engagement. Business Analysis and Reporting: Deliver actionable insights on market and business performance to Retail leadership, highlighting opportunities and key trends. Innovative Growth Initiatives: Lead the ideation and development of new business concepts, managing the process from idea generation to securing leadership approvals and working with cross-functional teams to implement. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience in a related field. + 7 years of experience in commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, or retail business management. + Experience working within the US carrier or telecom sales ecosystem. + Proven ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and business performance to develop actionable strategies. + Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams without direct authority. + Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills. **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + MBA or Master’s degree in a related field. + 10 years of experience in commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, or retail business management. + Deep understanding of the US smartphone market, including wireless carrier trends, competitive dynamics, and channel strategies. + Expertise in e-commerce or omnichannel retail strategies, with a focus on driving online sales growth. + Creative thinker with a passion for innovative growth ideas. **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** **Pay & Benefits** + At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
