**Job Title: Visual Designer** **Pay Rate: $59/Hr on W2** **Location:** **REMOTE** **Duration: 5+ Months on W2** **Job Description** : We are seeking a **Visual Designer** to join our dynamic team and collaborate on creating innovative software and product experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a user-centered mindset to craft visually appealing and functional designs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including interaction designers, software engineers, and product stakeholders, to bring concepts to life and enhance the overall user experience. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with interaction designers and multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize and create compelling software and product experiences. + Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant, and technically feasible visual flows and mockups. + Produce high-quality design mockups with quick turnarounds and iterate rapidly to refine solutions based on feedback. + Support prototyping activities by creating and providing visual assets, resolving bugs, and ensuring design consistency. + Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring coherence across projects. + Develop educational materials and documentation to support learning experiences and user training. + Work autonomously on multiple projects in an agile environment, managing ambiguity and multitasking effectively. + Internalize constructive feedback and revise designs accordingly, maintaining a user-centered approach. + Create detailed documentation, including user experience concepts and visual design specifications. **Qualification** : + 5-10 years of professional experience as a **Software UI Visual Designer** , with significant expertise in digital design and user experience. + Bachelor's degree in **User Interface Design** , **Graphic Design** , or a related field. + 3-5 years of experience focusing on **eCommerce** and user-centred design practices. **Technical Skills** : + Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma** (mandatory), **Miro** , and **Adobe Creative Suite** . + Strong prototyping skills using Figma or equivalent software. + Knowledge of mobile and desktop design standards, patterns, and native components. + Experience with motion graphics, illustration, print production, concept creation, and data visualization.
