**Job Title:** **Field Service Technician – PC/Printer Break/Fix** **Pay Rate: 30/hr on W2** **Location:** **New York, New York New York NY 10010 United States** **Duration: 24 months on w2** **Job Summary:** Provide on-site hardware support for HP’s laptops, desktops, RPOS systems, workstations, and printers. This customer-facing role requires strong technical and mechanical aptitude to diagnose, repair, and configure devices in a fast-paced environment. Success in the position demands excellent problem-solving, adaptability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** + Troubleshoot and repair hardware, including printers and basic network components. + Configure hardware and software as needed. + Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication. + Manage multiple service events, prioritize tasks, and document activities accurately. + Align service delivery with customer needs while adhering to HP’s standards and commitments. **Requirements:** + High school diploma (college or technical training preferred). + Hardware repair experience, including printers. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours. + Strong customer service and technical troubleshooting skills. + Professional appearance (black slacks, blue collared shirt). **Perks:** + Laptop/tablet and cell phone reimbursement provided.
