Our client, a leader in the technology services industry, is seeking a Field Technical Support Consultant III to join their team. As a Field Technical Support Consultant III, you will be part of the technical support department, providing essential services to customers across various locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Field Technical Support Consultant III
**Location:** Alpharetta, GA
**Pay Range:** $30 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Apply advanced technical knowledge to operate and resolve complex issues on commercial printing presses at customer locations.
+ Travel to various sites and train on cross-functional platforms to enhance service delivery.
+ Work collaboratively with team members to resolve unusually complex or cross-technology incidents.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management in assigned accounts.
+ Provide technical consulting during contract renewal discussions to ensure customer satisfaction and service continuity.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred or an Associate degree in a technical field with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
+ Thorough knowledge of HP products and services, as well as market trends.
+ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think proactively and creatively.
+ Exemplary consulting skills to become a trusted advisor to customers.
+ Intermediate skills in project management, communication, analysis, and presentation.
