**Position: Field Technical Support** **Location:** Colorado, CO **Duration :10+ months** **Pay Rate: $32/hr on W2** **We are looking for a Field Technical Support to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.** **Job Summary** The **Technical Support Lead** is responsible for providing end-user technical support and guiding authorized service providers. This role focuses on proactive issue monitoring, software service support, process improvement, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** + Ensure high customer satisfaction by understanding and fulfilling client requirements. + Manage and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating as necessary. + Provide post-sales software support and troubleshoot application issues for both local and remote accounts. + Lead technical support for hardware and software, resolving complex technical challenges. + Use proactive monitoring tools to identify and prevent issues. + Maintain documentation for work orders, software, inventory, and other related tasks. + Collaborate with teams to enhance operations and implement standardized processes. + Ensure data confidentiality and align work with business processes. + Solve problems independently and plan work efficiently with minimal supervision. **Education & Experience** + **Education:** High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. + **Experience:** 4-6 years in technical support, customer service, or a related field, preferably with HP products. **Preferred Skills** + Technical Support & Troubleshooting + Customer Relationship Management + Process Improvement & Preventive Maintenance + Knowledge of Operating Systems, Electronics, and Electromechanics + Familiarity with Field Service Management and Test Equipment + Strong understanding of Safety Standards and KPIs **We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship** .
