Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us . **Summary:** The Director of Health Systems Analytics will play an integral role in informing important strategic decisions for one of the highest priority programs, the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). This role will be responsible for working across matrix teams, including Market Access, Pricing, and Value Demonstration (MAx), BIA, Government Price Reporting, Legal, HEOR, USPGA, and finance to support the BMS portfolio. This role will provide an individual an opportunity to work across the organization to inform and enact change. This role is part of the Global Pricing and Health Systems Analytics organization and reports to the Sr. Director, US Government Payers & Analytics. This role will have both strategic and operational/executional responsibilities. This individual will be responsible for two main areas: + Strategic perspective of Business impact: Responsible for reading and understanding business impact of proposed Guidance/ policies where appropriate to assess the implications by therapeutic area and provide the organization with pricing mitigation strategies + US Pricing Analytics: Excel model development to assess impact of key provisions, including IRA by product using Financial Data **Responsibilities:** + Ensure pricing and access considerations for our innovative portfolio are identified and addressed in close collaboration with US Pricing, Finance, BIA and USPGA + Collaborate with internal teams and couple analytics to inform IRA-related mitigation strategies that are aligned with company mission, vision, and values + Accountable to measurable short- and long-term outcomes (ex. financial, customer, internal process) across functional areas + Informed by internal and external qualitative and quantitative data, and analyzes political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental perspectives + Coordinated with other corporate GTN work + Flexible enough to accommodate unique situations with various products and the emerging healthcare and regulatory landscape + Maintain/ Update Excel-based Models based on updated Pricing, GTN, mix, and demand changes + Drive the evolution of US pricing analytics to support strategic pricing-decision making + Long term forecast inputs and analytics + Analytics and communication around any US pricing and reimbursement policy changes through legislation, executive action, or regulations. **Qualifications:** + Undergraduate degree required, MBA and/or other post-graduate degree preferred. An advanced scientific or business degree preferred (preferably Finance or Public Health) + Pharmaceutical industry experience; at least 3+ years in areas related to Market Access and/or Pricing + Strong knowledge of, and expertise with, key pricing and US reimbursement systems and experience in Market Access roles + A unique blend of analytics acumen with demonstrated strategic execution competencies + Demonstrated willingness to push and evolve and organization with creative thinking, capability building + Demonstrated strategic and analytical agility to apply to complex business situation and crystallize key business insights + Experience in mobilizing matrix team members, embracing teamwork and driving results within a cross functional environment + Proven ability to influence key decision making across diverse functional areas, up to and including Executive Management + Strong presentation skills with strong capabilities to lead effective presentations with all levels of management + Understanding of pricing analytical and conceptual tools + Proven ability to demonstrate BMS Behaviors: Integrity, Inclusion, Passion, Innovation, Urgency, and Accountability \#LI-Hybrid .
