Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Job Description The Manufacturing Engineer is a part of a cross-functional, goal-oriented production team. In this role, you will secure assembly processes and performance while implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives in your area of responsibility. Responsibilities + Develop assembly processes with the goal of meeting manufacturing targets using Lean Manufacturing principles. + Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency of the production process as well as projects. + Create and maintain work instructions, determine appropriate manpower levels, and provide line support and service to production. + Industrialize new product and process changes according to project gate plan deliverables with a zero disturbance mindset. + Determine assembly sequence, time standards, line balancing, station design, and tooling requirements. Essential Skills + Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a technical manufacturing role. + 0-2 years of experience in Manufacturing. + Knowledge of engineering concepts, manufacturing the product, production standards, and efficiency optimization tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage change. + Ability to react to issues impacting production with a sense of urgency, promptly assessing the issue, developing a feasible action plan, and following it through to successful completion. + Experience in a team-based environment.
