In a matrix environment, the North America Neurology APP/RN Strategy and Tactics Team is a unique and innovative medical team with a focus on Registered Nurses and Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PAs) who care for patients with Multiple Sclerosis and Neurological illnesses. This team is an integral part of North America Neurology Medical team working closely with the field team and customers. This team also collaborates with the North America Medical Cross-TA APP/RN Strategy Team sharing insights and best practices to build strong relationships with the APP/RN community.

Main Responsibilities:
Provide support for all APP/RN Neurology and Cross-TA strategic initiatives
Compliantly collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.
Support the development and manage an Advanced Practice Provider and Registered Nurse thought leader network (with support of the MSLs)
Support the development of tactical plans to engage Advance Practice Provider and RNs to gain critical insights according to pre-determined strategies and objectives. Manage the execution of advisory boards and other events when appropriate.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address unmet needs of APPs and RNs and oversee and facilitate the development of educational materials including publications, scientific education programs, etc. based on identified needs.
Engage internal cross-functional team to develop and implement the medical tactics in support of brand plan strategies.
Manage budget related activities under the direction of the Senior Medical Director.
Represent Sanofi-Specialty Care at medical meetings, conferences, advisory boards, outreach meetings at key institutions, and in interactions with thought leaders.
Educate on the neurology marketplace, stay current on cutting edge product development efforts and provide perspective to the business on the treatment landscape.
Work cross-functionally to support APP and RN initiatives including interactions with Commercial, Clinical Development, Safety, Legal, Regulatory and other medical functions.
Must achieve and maintain compliance with all applicable Sanofi Specialty Care regulatory, legal, and operational rules and procedures.
About You
Basic Qualifications
Experience: clinical experience as a Neurology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and pharmaceutical industry experience required
Soft skills: excellent communication, writing, collaboration and leadership skills required
Technical skills: neurology disease state knowledge, ability to learn and interface with multiple digital and office-based platforms
Education: Nursing or Physician Assistant doctoral preparation preferred
Languages: English
