US Private Bank- Digital Client Service Associate

As a Digital Client Service Associate within the Private Bank team you will be the primary point of contact for all online related needs of Private Bank clients.  You will work in a team-oriented environment with Bankers, product partners, and operations teams to deliver a seamless and integrated approach to the client online experience.

Job responsibilities

Provide exceptional service and flawless execution on client requests and inquiriesFollow the firm’s controls policies and procedures and regulations as well as protecting client assets against potential fraud activitiesEngage with respective client facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Interest in technology Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook3+ years of experience in similar roles Strong problem solving acumen 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Prior experience in the financial service industry in client facing roleCollege degree or equivalent financial service experienceExperience with a wide array of financial products Prior experience working in a high call volume environment
