The Field Enablement Manager is instrumental in optimizing the field operations and driving success by orchestrating cross-lysosomal storage disease (xLSD) resources for strategic accounts within their designated geographies, as well as lead the alignment of cross functional teams in support of account plans.

Main Responsibilities:
Across the Rare Disease Nation and our ‘one team, common goals, single mission’ approach, this role will be expected to support field teams by optimizing and managing operational processes to ensure success in key Rare Disease accounts.
Build a detailed understanding of the key accounts, including network ecosystems and referral patterns, and communicate information to HQ for strategic decision-making.
Coordinate and streamline communication with each account/customer and cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience with a ONE SANOFI approach.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, addressing marketing challenges, and providing immediate support to field teams.
Support the development and execution of unique, on label, and approved Key Opinion Leader (KOL) programming, such as disease state and product programming, as directed by leadership.
Provide operational support to field teams, including process optimization, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
Coordinate within the Field Enablement team to share best practices across key accounts and elevate observations to General Management, as needed.
Collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless operational processes and effective cross-functional communication.
Offer strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance sales performance and achieve business goals.
About You
Bachelor’s degree
High degree of project management skills with a proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing complex projects.
Demonstrated strong analytical skills, capable of conducting in-depth analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, showing initiative in troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Travel:
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to customers, external meetings, trainings, and other internal meetings.

The salary range for this position is $105,750.00 - $141,000.00 USD Annually. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
