Our client, Aerospace is seeking a **Sr. Salesforce Admin** to join their team. As a **Sr. Salesforce Admin** , you will be part of the Manufacturing supporting Team. The ideal candidate will have **Salesforce Admin, Networking and Service Cloud** which will align successfully in the organization.
**Title: Sr. Salesforce Admin(Sr Network Technician)**
**Location: Salem, OR**
**Pay Rate: $42 - $45/hr.**
**Description:**
• **Support the day-to-day salesforce needs of the business globally to ensure operational flow.**
• Manage user support requests & escalations and respond in a timely manner.
• Provide guidance to users on how to utilize the system to meet their needs.
• Manage multiple simultaneous enhancement projects and project-related tasks on time within an Agile development process.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, demo changes, and answer questions about system and improvements.
• Administer aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
• Works with IT teams to ensure system integrations are working correctly.
• Works with Data Integrity Specialist to identify, merge, clean-up data.
**Qualifications**
**• Extensive Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3-5+ years' of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales & Service Cloud**
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of databases
Enterprise software systems
Zoom phone (management)
