What you will be responsible for

As US State & Local Tax Provision & Reporting Lead (Vice President) you will be responsible for the following:

Lead the preparation and timely filing of the company’s state and local income tax returns, estimate tax payments and extension filingsResponsible for the development of state apportionment factors by collecting data across functions and leading the creation of detailed workpapers to support the factors under auditManage in partnership with tax counsel all state and local income tax audits and notices by providing timely communications with tax authorities and periodic internal status updatesPrepare and review state income tax provisions in accordance with ASC740, including state tax credits, uncertain tax positions and valuation allowancesMonitor state and local legislation and analyze its potential impact on the companyContribute to team development and knowledge sharing

10-15 years of state and local income tax experience for U.S. multinational corporationsBachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Master’s degree in Taxation preferred)Certified Public Accountant preferredExperience with Onesource Tax a plus

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $187,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
