**Job Title:** **Software Quality Assurance Director – AI Tester (Part time)**
**Pay Rate: 27/hr on W2**
**Location:** **Austin, Texas (Parmer Location)** 78729
**Duration:** **5+ months on W2**
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking highly engaging and collaborative individuals to join our team as **Software Quality Assurance Director – AI Tester** . In this role, you will work closely with engineers at **HP** to test and enhance user experiences in **mock video conferencing scenarios** . This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to AI product development through active participation in **audio/video recordings and scripted interactions** .
**Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with engineers to effectively assist in **test scenarios** for AI model development.
+ Execute and follow **structured test cases** while engaging in natural dialogue during mock video conference sessions.
+ Provide detailed feedback and observations to engineers regarding **user experience** and **system performance** .
+ Assist in recording **scripted video content** for training AI models, specifically for **framing mode experiences** .
+ Participate in team discussions to help refine and improve AI-driven **user experience features** .
**Qualifications:**
+ **Strong communication skills** with the ability to engage in dialogue for extended periods.
+ **Outgoing personality** and willingness to participate in interactive test environments.
+ **Team player** with experience in collaborative work environments.
+ No **technical experience required** , but an interest in AI, user experience, or software testing is a plus.
