Don’t wait—apply today! **What's in it for you?** + **Role: Production Technician** + **Indianapolis IN 46268 (7 am - 7:30 pm = 2 days on 2 days off and every other weekend.)** + **Pay Range: $33per hour (W2).** **Position Overview:** Senior-level role in bulk processing, responsible for pharmaceutical manufacturing in a GMP-controlled environment. Requires progression through multiple job functions with leadership responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** + Ensure compliance with GMP policies and procedures. + Perform sanitization, raw material weighing, and bulk formulation. + Conduct filter integrity testing and equipment cleaning. + Maintain Aseptic Core qualification for sterile operations. + Train and supervise Production Technician I and II personnel. + Coordinate with support teams for manufacturing processes. + Conduct nonconforming product investigations and implement corrective actions. + Manage supply orders and review batch records. + Attend hazardous waste training and comply with handling protocols. + Perform additional duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** + Education: HS diploma required; Bachelor's in chemistry, biology, or life sciences preferred. + Experience: 5+ years in chemical/pharmaceutical production with GMP/GDP experience. + Skills: Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, arithmetic proficiency, and SAP knowledge (preferred). + Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and meet vision requirements. **Scope & Work Environment:** + No direct reports but includes leadership responsibilities. + Fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment. + Exposure to chemicals; adherence to safety protocols required.
