As our Vice President, CORE Analytics, you will leverage your experience to provide best-in-class analytical support for Revenue Cycle Operations through maintaining and augmenting internal self-service tools, fulfillment of complex ad hoc requests, development of new analytical models and dashboards including client-facing reporting, and management of a team of analysts with a wide range of subject matter expertise.  To thrive in this role, you must demonstrate exemplary leadership, interpersonal and change management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the RCM space.

Here's what you will experience working as a Vice President, CORE Analytics:

Manage and develop a team which supports the internal self-service analytics tool and fulfills ad hoc data requests through partnering with Operations, Performance Management, and Customer Operations.  Scope includes all Enterprise customers, both hospital and physician-based, as well as the independent physician group service line.Engaging with Customer Operations to create and regularly produce client-facing reporting which is crucial to demonstrate R1’s value and performance. Acts as liaison between Operations and Product to assist with the development of R1’s internal self-service analytics tool, including troubleshooting functionality and data issues.Participate in strategic planning on R1’s evolving data model and infrastructure to ensure that requirements for various user personas will be met.Create and communicate career development plans for each team member and provide opportunities for training through coursework, shadowing, actual project work, or focused training modules.  Ensure growth on technical skills as well as understanding of revenue cycle operations.Manage and develop offshore team which supports onshore functions through regular review of workload, assignments, and capacity.  Increase capability of offshore team through focused training and development efforts

Required Skills:

10-15 Years of analytics experience – with at least 5 years of management experienceBachelor’s Degree in a relevant fieldStrong experience in Revenue Cycle Operations within a Hospital setting and/or demonstrated, relevant client management and consulting skills and domain knowledgeMotivation / Drive – Desire for continuous learning, self-starting and going beyond what is asked to take on new challenges and create innovative solutionsTenacity / Perseverance – This role will require persistence in analyzing complex issues with data, observation, and analyses to get to root cause identification and resolutionTechnical Skills – Expert understanding of SQL, Snowflake, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.Analytical Skills – Analytical aptitude and a desire to invest the time to identify issues and solutions.  Ability to interpret complex analytics and communicate to internal and external stakeholders on how it impacts their work and the possible financial impact.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $170,956.00 - $274,007.40 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 30.00%
