**THIS IS A 2 WEEK ASSIGNMENT WITH A POSSIBLE EXTENSION** **Work Hours** Mon-Fri 7am-3pm A warehouse worker contributes to the success of the warehouse by performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock. It's a physical job that will be done outside! If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for 90% - 95% of your shift. It also gets loud in our manufacturing and distribution centers. While we want everyone to feel comfortable, our ability to control the temperature in our locations is limited. Indoor warehouse and manufacturing sites working conditions are impacted by seasons and the weather, it may be very hot or very cold. Responsibilities: Sorting cardboard by putting them in individual bins, strapping them and rolling the bundles on a 53ft trailer using a dolly General housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required (e.g. you may be asked to sweep the floor, help clean a trailer, take out the trash, etc.) Lift objects that weigh anywhere between 15 pounds and 20 pounds (i.e. anything from a bowling ball to a twin-size mattress) with or without a reasonable accommodation Sanitation of carton area Responsible for breaking down individual cases and dumping the cans into totes Working outside PPE will be provided and must be worn NO Earbuds Must have steel toed boots (not provided) Requirements: Ability to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift Willing to work overtime Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
