We are currently hiring for a Vice President, US Wealth Intermediary Sales Strategy & Operations to play a critical role in supporting the US Wealth Intermediary Distribution Leadership Team. This individual will serve as a key partner in driving sales strategy and execution and overseeing operational priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, sales strategy, and project management, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

As US Wealth Intermediary Sales Strategy & Operations Vice President, you will:
Coordinate and manage US Wealth Intermediary strategic projects, working across key stakeholders including Corporate Strategy, Sales Strategy, Finance, Legal, etc., while maintaining an inventory of all key initiatives and progress to ensure oversight.Support resource allocation, goal setting, and planning processes. Track progress against OKRs and any risks to plan, while working across US Wealth Intermediary Leadership team to plan and execute mitigation strategies. Partner with Business Intelligence team to manage sales reporting, analytics, and key performance indicators to measure and improve team effectiveness.Support National Accounts team to develop National Account Plans for most significant distribution firms with clear metrics of success.Coordinate distribution partnership execution across Legal, Finance and Business Controls.Work closely with US Wealth Intermediary Leadership team to support ongoing oversight of scaling process for new funds.Manage centralized process for tracking progress with hiring. Own coordination of sales training and onboarding of new FTEs to ensure new sales members are brought up to speed as efficiently and effectively as possible.Ensure effective communication strategy and execution plan, coordinating and developing a wide range of materials to support town halls and employee communications. Work across the US Wealth Intermediary Leadership team identifying ways to deliver and emphasize key messages. Coordinate US Wealth Intermediary reporting, including QBRs, presentations, etc to Operating Group and Executive Committee.Support agenda setting and collation of materials for leadership meetings, offsites and key events.Manage special projects and ad hoc requests on behalf of US Wealth Intermediary Leadership Team.These skills will help you succeed in this role
Strong background in financial services, sales strategy and project management (minimum 5 years)Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skillsStrong quantitative and evaluative skills in financial planning, financial modeling and business decision support narrative formationSufficient gravitas and confidence to engage senior partners with credibilityExcellent communication and written skillsAbility to work with and influence internal and external stakeholdersPositive, collaborative attitude with a strong team orientationEducation & Preferred Qualifications
