USA_Accounting Clerk II
Summary: We are looking for a proactive Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. The position will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and maintaining financial records. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Responsibilities: • Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner. • Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue accounts. • Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate records. • Process and apply payments received from clients. • Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts. • Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations. • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies. • Maintain and update customer files and documentation. • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required. Qualifications: • High School degree • 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role. • Understanding of accounting principles and practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
