About the Team
The Walmart Energy Transformation team is a newly reimagined group reporting to the COO of Walmart US and the Chief Sustainability Officer, focused on achieving Walmart’s regenerative energy goals. Comprised of seasoned energy veterans, the team collaborates across various Walmart departments to support decarbonization efforts. They are innovators and change agents with diverse backgrounds in utilities, banking, clean energy consulting, and more.What you'll do...
• Engage with internal stakeholders on Walmart’s electric vehicle (EV) charging network
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with internal partners to advance EV charging objectives and deliver value to shareholders, customers, and associates
• Execute the omnichannel strategy and continuously adapting to evolving market trends and conditions
• Deliver structured insights and analysis derived from both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Develop business cases and conducting ad-hoc analyses to propose new initiatives
• Gather and analyze customer feedback from various sources, including contact center call logs, Plugshare reviews, surveys, and social media

• Project management and coordination experience with cross-functional partners
• Proficiency in utilizing data, insights, and analytics to generate compelling narratives for internal stakeholders
• Expertise in executive-level storyboarding and presentation skills
• A customer-centric approach with an unwavering passion for enhancing the customer experience
• Proven success in matrixed organizations, collaborating effectively with stakeholders across multiple domains
• Strong proficiency in EV charging or energy domain knowledge is highly desired

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
