Position Summary...We are seeking an experienced Business Strategy and Operations Project Manager to join our team and serve as a key strategic partner in driving critical business programs and initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of strategic business programs while partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the alignment of business priorities with organizational goals. As a trusted advisor to the leadership team, you will play an instrumental role in guiding the company's key business transformations and driving execution excellence across all levels.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

Partner with functional leaders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and manage expectations throughout the business program lifecycle to prepare for business reviews, goal updates and strategic decisions.Facilitate regular communication and updates on project status, risks, and key deliverables, ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related matters resolving issues and making decisions to maintain progress.Update and maintain org wide key meetings calendar and deliverables for leaders and the strategy and operations team.Collate and manage quality content for monthly and quarerly business reviews while partnering with your manager and strategy and business operations partners.

Prioritization & Resource Allocation:

Assist in preparation for prioritization discussions, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize business value and achieve strategic goals.Assist in preparation for frameworks to assess business priorities, balancing competing demands and aligning with long-term organizational objectives.

Process Improvement & Optimization:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and work to standardize best practices across the organization for program delivery.Implement scalable processes and tools to increase efficiency, streamline communication, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality results.Champion continuous improvement initiatives that align with company-wide transformation goals.

Executive Reporting & Insights:

Use data and analysis to present actionable recommendations for improvements and optimization to senior leadership.

Special Projects:

Drive high-impact cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and ensure the team is achieving commitments. Successful project management, including work with internal SMEs, and sometimes external agencies, on strategic efforts that require hands-on experience across multiple functional disciplines and business organizations.Manage org award program and budget by leveraging POC team and GT awards team to provide feedback on tools and central processes. Hold monthly meetings, budget updates, process optimization.Associate relations support to identify and plan trainings and event opportunities.

Strong proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar) and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure program success.Advanced problem-solving and risk management capabilities, with a solution-oriented mindset.
