Performs daily schedule plan analysis around areas of Filling, Processing, and Raw Material Receiving by ensuring we are creating the correct items and that we have sufficient inventory available; conducting process analysis for each Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) to expedite production based on specifications, established priorities, capacity limits, and equipment availability; reviewing and analyzing weekly performance/inventory levels of products and raw materials; auditing, tracking of tray / pallets, and inventory reconciliation; supporting sales forecast analysis with respect to capacity planning and material requirements; recommending changes to forecasts when needed; analyzing past performance to identify process improvement opportunities for inventory management performance; and taking appropriate actions and communicates needs for expedited production or expedited raw material receipts to management and suppliers. Develops and implements scheduling run strategies to assist in the fulfillment of company material usage and efficiency goals by ensuring production quality; analyzing incoming data from Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Production Managers; communicating issues and discrepancies to teams and leadership; reporting changes (for example, shortages, overages, expedites) in schedules, forecasts, and inventory to Plant Manager, Operations and Home Office teams; creating and communicating schedules for Filling, Processing and Raw Material Receiving; utilizing multiple software combinations (for example, SAP, DSI, Essbase, Dashboard, GRS, Microsoft); and managing and tracking the inventory, cycle time, and status of the reusable containers and pallets that will be utilized for delivery to stores and clubs. Collaborates with cross-functional partners to resolve inventory issues and proactively address constraints by providing back up and coverage in the areas of raw milk tracking and milk hauling and driving continuous improvement in increasing throughput, reducing cycle time and improving production quality. Entry Requirements Minimum Qualifications 2 years’ clerical experience (for example, filing, data entry) using computer applications (for example, email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Visio). 3 years’ experience working in a logistics supply chain or manufacturing environment (for example, dairy, food processing, manufacturing).
Preferred Qualifications 3 years’ experience in a dairy plant, food processing or manufacturing environment preparing or executing production activity.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.30-$23.30*
