USA QC Lab Technician Level 1
Adecco Healthcare & LifeSciences is currently looking to hire a skilled Quality Control Laboratory Technician role for their client in Lincoln,NE . **Duration:** 9 months (Potential for extension based on business needs, not temp-to-perm but candidates encouraged to apply for future full-time roles) **Location:** 100% On-Site **Shift:** 1st Shift – 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (preferred) / Flexible start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM **Pay - 40.86/HR** **Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician for a 9-month project. This role will primarily involve preparing solutions, maintaining an orderly lab environment, and ensuring clean, concise documentation and data entry. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior lab experience or those with an educational background in science fields. **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct sampling and/or testing of incoming materials, finished products, and micro testing to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies’ requirements and company standards. + Develop knowledge of functional area policies, procedures, and practices while performing routine analytical testing and/or sampling functions in at least one QC laboratory. + Gain understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), laboratory processes and procedures, and utilize good documentation practices (GDPs) in all tasks. + Maintain all required training for assigned tasks and responsibilities. + Utilize analytical techniques and instrumentation to support sampling and testing for products and incoming materials. + Work independently and/or collaboratively with teams to meet established objectives, KPIs, and Quality Performance Indicators (QPIs). + Ensure effective communication with internal and external customers, meeting their expectations. + Contribute to project tasks and participate in continuous improvement efforts. **EHS Responsibilities (All Associates):** + Understand, comply with, and report on Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines. + Report unsafe conditions, injuries, illnesses, and hazardous materials releases. + Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and attend EHS training programs. + Follow all safe work procedures. **Quality Responsibilities (All Associates):** + Adhere to Quality Compliance standards, including Data Integrity, QA, and QC regulations. + Follow QMS policy and regulatory requirements to ensure high standards of quality. **Minimum Qualifications:** + High School diploma or GED required. + Associate degree or higher in a Science-related field preferred. + Some prior lab experience preferred. + Prior knowledge of cGMP and a background in microbiology, biology, or chemistry is beneficial. + Experience in an educational setting is suitable, offering great opportunity for recent graduates. + Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain organized and accurate documentation.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
