USA Sales Manager

Exciting opportunity for a USA Sales Manager with a new start-up in the semiconductor industry now available. USA Sales Manager will be responsible for product sales, revenue obtainment, sales strategy execution, and customer relationships. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a US based company that can truly enhance the supply chain for the semiconductor industry. Sales Manager can live anywhere in the US with access to an airport. 

Duties: Responsible for revenue obtainment and growth of $30MM/year. Develop relationships and contact points for all Tier 1 and Tier 2 semiconductor fabs in USA. Responsible for the overall performance of 7 product lines and meeting business objectives (sales revenue and profit target). Continuously develop customer relationships to expand business.  Execute on sales process for introduction, samples, qualification, awarding of business and securing contracts with customers.  Obtain, track and communicate customer status and sales forecasts.  Document customer meetings and communicate to product manager / organization.  Obtain and communicate market intelligence on products, customers, and competitors. Work with management to set sales targets, track performance and provide coaching as needed to achieve sales and revenue targets. 
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience with precursor materials used in FEOL product management / sales / marketing. Experience with sales to Tier 1 semiconductor fabs in USA. Strong sales and presentation skills.  Ability to communicate fluently in English is necessary (Korean speaking ability a plus).  Extensive travel (both domestic and international) will be required.  Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Physics / Engineering.  Why you want this position: Be a key player in a exciting new start-up  Staring salary of $140K to $160K base plus commissions Insurance includes medical (70% of premium for family coverage paid by employer), prescription, life and AD&D, dental, and vision insurance.  Participation in the company retirement plan.
