**Duration: 12 Months** **Description/Comment:    ** + Expert with standard aseptic cell culture technique, including experience culturing primary cells.  + Broad experience with cell-based functional assays.  + Experience working in a matrixed team environment at a pharmaceutical company and/or CRO. + Broad scientific knowledge in molecular & cellular biology, immunology, pharmacology, or toxicology are recommended. + Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills. + Ability to balance multiple projects and flexible with changing priorities. + Highly collaborative with demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed team environment. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. **Qualifications:** + Ph.D. with 0-2 years or MS. with 6+ years or BS with 8+ years of industry experience in biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, or a related discipline. + Experience with 3D micro-physiological cell models is a plus. + Experience with cell transfection/transduction, imaging, and flow cytometry is a plus. + Basic experience with molecular biology techniques including RNA/DNA extraction, qPCR, and western blot. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
