This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of **targeted non-viral formulations** across multiple projects. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and optimize customized **non-viral gene therapy formulations** . + Design and execute experiments with scientific rigor and efficiency, ensuring timely progress. + Maintain accurate experimental records and material inventories. + Analyze, interpret, and present experimental data clearly and effectively. + Contribute meaningfully to project teams and cross-functional initiatives. + Foster a collaborative and innovative culture, driving productivity and execution with **scientific integrity and accountability** . **Qualifications & Experience:** + **PhD** or **Master’s degree** (with a minimum of 3 years of industry/academic experience) in **Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field** . + Strong expertise in **nanoparticle-based formulation development and analytical characterization** . + Hands-on experience in **nucleic acid drug formulation** and **nanoparticle delivery technologies** is required. + Proven ability to **design, execute, and interpret experiments independently** , with a strong track record of contributions to research projects and peer-reviewed publications. + Adaptability to shifting priorities and fast-paced work environments. + Experience in preparing **technical reports, presentations, SOPs, experimental protocols, and regulatory filings** . + Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** .
