About the Team
As a Software Developer Engineer in Test, you'll be part of a cross-functional team responsible for developing and implementing automated tests, tools, and frameworks to ensure the high quality of our software applications. You will collaborate with other engineers to identify and solve complex problems, write clean and efficient code, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of technical specifications and project plans, and strive for continuous improvement in efficiency. With a background in quality testing for large scale eCommerce and Web applications, and experience with designing, developing, and maintaining software tools/applications, you will be an invaluable asset to our team.
What you'll do:
Primarily responsible for developing tools and automation for testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Lead technical design and architecture discussions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and manages projects
Perform code reviews and ensure code quality standards are me
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other engineers
Contribute to the development of technical specifications and project plans
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
Strive for continuous improvement in efficiency.
What you’ll bring:
8+ years of professional coding experience with any programming language (Prefer experience in Python/JavaScript) and must have analytical and design skills
8+ years of experience developing test automation and frameworks
Must have experience with REST web services , CI / CD process and working with databases
8+ years of relevant experience as part of a test team
Background of quality testing for large scale eCommerce and Web applications
Experience with design, developing, and maintaining software tools/applications

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
