Position Summary... What you'll do... Senior Manager, E2E Site Content Strategy Join Walmart's eCommerce organization on the newly formed Site Content Strategy team as we build a legendary experience for Walmart's digital customers. This position is responsible for defining what our best-in-class site content strategy looks like and developing our playbooks to ensure consistent and high-quality digital experiences for the Walmart.com customer. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who loves the challenge of building processes from scratch which will drive clarity and operational excellence, with the ultimate goal of improving the content customers consume on Walmart.com. The location for this role is Bentonville, AR. **You'll make an impact by...** + Define Site Content strategy best practices and develop playbooks to inform Site Merchandising message execution across our site experience + Establish key performance indicators (KPI's), track progress and build strategies to deliver and exceed targets + Lead communication with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on strategy and execution + Build a framework for message intake for business partners across our organization and lead vetting new messages as they are received + Partner with Creative Account Management to define ways of working and ensure seamless asset execution + Have a natural curiosity and customer obsessed mindset to dig into business processes and provide solutions for efficiency + Implement effective change management strategies across diverse teams, including ability to have crucial conversations with senior leadership + Develop training plans on new ways of working to gain adoption from multiple business functions + Build the structure and own the organization of a holistic resource hub (confluence) with all best practice documentation, key timelines, and status trackers to provide clarity and transparency across teams + Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices Minimum Qualifications... + 5-7+ years experience in site merchandising and/or eCommerce project management experience At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
