Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Sr. Manager of Brand Strategy will help build and implement the vision for the Walmart brand. Their goal is to develop strategies and briefs, in collaboration with multiple external agencies and internal partners, that help us drive the brand forward into new spaces and places, helping customers see us as a modern retailer and build long-lasting emotional connections. You’ll work closely and report to the Director of Brand Strategy & Marketing, developing strategies that pull down from Walmart’s purpose of “Save Money, Live Better,” working to drive bold actions and recommendations for the most senior leaders in the organization, including the CMO, SVP Marketing, and VP Creative. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Development and execution of high-impact, culture-forward advertising and experiences for Walmart’s marketing – including writing sharp creative briefs, providing sound and thoughtful feedback, and managing the go to market deliveryPartner with our Design & Creative stakeholders to implement the brand across the enterprise, including visual identityCollaborate with internal stakeholders that have a shared stake in the Walmart brand including, including the Associate team and Corporate AffairsCollaborate with external and internal creative partners to drive the strategies and programs forwardDevelop new brand strategies, actions, and recommendations for how customers can see, feel and believe Walmart is a brand for them

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

‎ 

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
