(USA) Staff, Product Manager
Position Summary...The Staff Product Manager role involves managing the operation of a department, developing technical product specifications, and managing the evolution of ecommerce platform components. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects, product managers, and vendors to maintain and promote the technical product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of new features. Additionally, this position requires strong leadership in vendor management, product strategy development, and driving customer satisfaction through continuous improvement.

About the Team
The End 2 End (E2) Delivery Product Organization is the voice of our customer, driving complex projects and products to support the fulfillment customer experience – working across ~4700 stores, fulfillment centers, and defining pre- and post-transaction experiences.

This position will report to our Director, Product Management and is based in Bentonville, Arkansas.

What you'll do...

Develop and manage technical product specifications and architecture for platform components. 

Collaborate with architects and product managers to maintain and evangelize the technical product roadmap. 

Manage vendor relationships, integrate partners, and secure resources for co-developed product features. 

Develop and champion product strategy and roadmap, leveraging consumer insights and competitive analysis. 

Conduct product/feature analytics, manage product rollouts, and drive customer satisfaction through process optimization. 

 

What you’ll bring… 

6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally on consumer-facing, large-scale, complex BCB/B2B products. 

Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related area. 

Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards. 

Knowledge of assistive technologies and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. 

Understanding of accessibility best practices and Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
