Job Summary
KBR is seeking an IT Systems Manager (ITS) to join our team supporting the USAID NexGen Global Health Supply Chain Program. This full-time role offers a hybrid work schedule and may require occasional travel. Reporting to the Program Director, the ITS Manager leads the ITS team and ensures seamless operation of IT systems to support program objectives. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with a demonstrated ability to analyze, document, and solve complex technical challenges. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills are essential for managing competing priorities and fostering collaboration in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering growth and ensuring high performance in a dynamic environment.
Oversee the development and implementation of a functional ITS solution for the USAID HIV Program, integrating supply chain, transportation, and warehousing applications.
Research, identify, and deploy advanced technologies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze complex business problems, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements.
Manage API integrations with internal and external applications, ensuring functionality and reliability.
Develop and present mission-critical reports, leveraging SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Coordinate system configuration, testing, and documentation for streamlined implementation processes.
Ensure adherence to IT change management processes for all system updates and modifications.
Monitor deliverables to meet project deadlines, providing progress updates to stakeholders.
Stay informed of emerging IT trends and advancements, recommending strategies to modernize systems.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management or a related role.
Proficiency in SQL query development, data extraction, and database relationship management.
Advanced technical skills with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with USAID programs or international development initiatives.
Familiarity with supply chain systems and their integration into IT solutions.
Knowledge of modern IT automation tools and practices.
