Job Summary
KBR is seeking a Contracts Supervisor to join our team supporting the USAID Procurement Service Agent (PSA) HIV program. Based in Fairfax, Virginia, this full-time role offers a hybrid remote/office work schedule and involves overseeing contract development and fulfillment, from bidding through delivery of goods and services. Under general direction, the Contracts Supervisor will leverage specialized knowledge to solve complex contractual issues, ensure compliance, and implement best practices. The position requires interfacing with various internal departments to maintain adherence to policies and prioritize tasks effectively. This role is ideal for a skilled professional looking to make a meaningful impact in contract management within an international health program.

Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee the development and fulfilment of contract requirements, including bidding, purchasing, and delivery of equipment, materials, and services.
Interface with internal teams (e.g., procurement, finance, legal) to assess and confirm contract compliance and address any deviations.
Monitor contract performance, ensuring all deliverables meet program timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
Use expertise to solve complex contractual challenges, developing innovative approaches and implementing best practices.
Set priorities for contract-related tasks and direct daily contract administration activities to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Maintain and organize contract documentation, including terms, amendments, and compliance records, in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Interpret and apply contractual regulations and standards, providing guidance on contract risk mitigation and issue resolution.
Support the professional development of less experienced team members through training, mentoring, and guidance.
Lead audits of contract processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as needed.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Contract Management, Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract administration, preferably within international projects or public sector programs.
Solid understanding of contract compliance, bid processes, and regulations relevant to procurement and service agreements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with contract management software.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with USAID contracts or similar public sector clients.
Familiarity with international procurement standards and INCOTERMS.
Demonstrated success in a hybrid remote/office environment, with flexibility to manage time effectively across settings.
Experience with USAID's NextGen Global Health Supply Chain program, including familiarity with the QuTI (Quality, Testing, and Issuance) process, is preferred.
