We are looking for a bright, engaging, curious leader to join the Cytiva finance team. The Commercial Finance analyst is a key business partner for the US & Canada (USCAN) Hardware Solutions Commercial organization. The Hardware solutions portfolio consists of Cytiva’s equipment and consumable product lines that optimize cell growth and drug purification in research or bioprocessing. By working in this role, the individual will have opportunities for: - Comprehensive and complete understanding on Bioprocess medicine development and manufacturing process, key strategy, market trend, and competitor dynamics - Exposure to diverse teams from sales, operations, and manufacturing in addition to finance collaboration - Business partnership with commercial and product leadership team What you’ll do: + Act as a business partner to the USCAN Hardware Solutions Commercial team, providing day to day support to drive commercial / financial execution of the Hardware business units + Prepare and lead regular commercial reviews with the hardware solutions team, providing estimates for orders through sales margin at product / zone view + Support annual sales target planning, including a bottoms up approach of modelling out blockbuster drug revenue implications and key account forecast + Support regional reporting requirements via post close financial reporting, commercial metrics analysis, etc. + Various Ad-hoc projects supporting global commercial finance team initiatives Who you are + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in field with 0+ years experience . + Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into leadership-level presentations and the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across multiple departments + Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com + Excellent problem-solver and process discipline + Strong oral and written communication skills, along with being an opinionated, visible leader, not shy to challenge the status quo When you join us, you’ll also be joining Danaher’s global organization, where 63,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
