Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Oversee the pricing, merchandising, and inventory management of our used car department.
· Monitor used car sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements as needed.
· Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive traffic to the dealership and increase sales.
· Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
· Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
· Collaborate with other departments such as finance and service to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

At least 2 years Used Car Management experience required Experience in maintaining the profitability of the sales department while controlling expenses and sustaining customer satisfaction Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors MUST be willing to adapt to Ciocca culture, processes, and procedures
